Francis Boyle, a former advisory board member for the Council
for Responsible Genetics, is a professor of international law at
the University of Illinois College of Law.
His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from
the University of Chicago, a juris doctor (lawyer) degree from
Harvard and a Ph.D. in political science. For decades, he’s
advocated against the development and use of bioweapons, which he
suspects COVID-19 is.
